Dog statue Lancashire Heeler

Brigitte Boss makes Lancashire Heeler statues life size in bronze also of your own dog in commission. Here are some examples.

The Lancashire heeler is a small dog breed bred as a drover and herding dog. The Lancashire heeler is very rare and is recognised by The Kennel Club in Britain as a vulnerable breed of dog.

The coat of the Lancashire heeler is hard and short with an undercoat that keeps the dog dry in all weather conditions. During winter, the coat may grow thicker around the neck. Dogs of this breed are usually black and tan in colour, but liver and tan is also now recognised by the British Kennel Club. The Lancashire heeler has a height at withers that varies between 25 and 30 centimetres and a body weight of between 6 and 8 kilograms. The overall body length is on average 2.5 centimetres longer than the height measured from the withers.
