Kristin Andresen has given Danish Warmblood an impressive gift.

Norwegian stallion owner Kristin Andresen has given Danish Warmblood an impressive gift: a life-size bronze horse statue of Stallion of the Year, Hesselhøj Donkey Boy. In honor of the opening of Alexandra and Kristin Andresen’s new dressage center and stud farm in Norway, the statue was crafted by Dutch sculptor Brigitte Boss.

The beautiful bronze statue now graces the entrance to the main building in Vilhelmsborg.

Kristin Andresen shares, “I am a huge fan of Brigitte Boss’ horse sculptures and have several in my collection, both large and small. Her unique style brings so much life to the sculptures.” She continues: “It is a great pleasure to support Danish Warmblood, an organization known worldwide as the best breeding association. Especially in Denmark we see fantastic mares lines, perfectly matched to Donkey Boy. It is a pleasure every time to see the wonderful offspring, both in real life and on social media.”

Kristin concludes, “I am extremely pleased with the placement of the statue. Donkey Boy deserves this honor, and the statue adds so much to the beauty of Vilhelmsborg.”
